HAAS LAW FIRM, PLLC
HAAS LAW FIRM, PLLC
I'm writing to convey my sincere appreciation for Matthew Haas's exceptional legal services. When I
was charged with drug paraphernalia possession, I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed. However, from the moment I contacted Mr. Haas, he put me at ease.
Matthew Haas was extremely supportive, patient, and empathetic to me throughout the legal process.
He listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything to me in simple terms. I always felt like I was in good hands. Ultimately, Mr. Haas was able to work out a plea deal with the prosecution, which resulted in the charges being dropped.
Overall, I am incredibly pleased of the outstanding legal assistance. I would highly recommend him to
anyone in need of legal representation for criminal charges!
Early this year i was arrested for unlawful carry just because my weapon wasnt in a holster. Honestly was just unaware of the law. Luckily i was blessed with Mr.Haas to help me with the situation. He was very proffesional and respectable through the whole process. Explained everything to me very clearly so much i didnt have many questions. I trusted he had my side. Not only did he get my case dismissed but he got me my firearm back after they tried to keep it from me. Really i couldnt have been blessed with a better “court appointed’ attorny lol. Yes i just used lol because now i can laugh about it because just a couple months ago i wasnt in the best place, walking these streets without protection is not a good feeling. Im just grateful. Thank you Mr.Haas you’re heaven sent!
I had a terrible addiction to many drugs, and got into some trouble at a Walmart one night. It was a terrible situation,
and due to a previous conviction I was looking at some possible jail time and a nasty charge on my criminal record.
When I reached out to the Haas law firm and explained my situation in detail, I was treated with respect and
understanding that everyone makes mistakes. Matthew told me that the charge wasn’t right and that he was going to
do everything in his power to keep me out of jail. He then executed a game plan to address my problem, and not only
did he keep me out of jail, he had the charge completely dismissed in the name of justice. I can’t thank him enough and
would recommend his law firm to anyone in trouble with the law. I was treated like a human, and was given a very
reasonable fee to pay unlike some other attorneys I reached out to. Thank you Matthew you are a god send!
After being involved with the other party for 14 years, we still battled with differences of opinions. One particular day,
those differences led to cool water from a water bottle being tossed, police being called and me getting ticketed for
assault. I wasnt happy at all, especially with how petty this was as a whole, however assault isn't my character and nor
did I need this interfering with my life.
So in a nutshell, I was referred to Mr. Matthew Haas and after talking with him by phone, I knew I wanted to meet in
person with the intent of moving forward. Mr. Haas talked to me about all options, even ones I may have not liked so
much. He was transparent throughout this process. Ultimately, he helped me get a straight dismissal, which is what I
wanted/needed.
Mr. Haas stayed kind and professional. He help me feel comfortable and did not have me feeling like my many questions were too much. I hope not to need Mr. Haas in the future but I would come back if needed. I also would recommend him to others.
On very short notice, Mr. Haas was very helpful in my attempt to get early discharge from my deferred adjudication.
Every step of the way, he made sure I knew exactly what I needed to to get a successful result. Additionally, his
reputation and connections in the court system were advantageous to me. He is a well polished and well spoken attorney
who was instrumental in obtaining my successful discharge.
*This client was represented for the limited purpose of drafting, filing, and conducting the Hearing on a Motion for Early Successful Discharge from Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision (a.k.a. Deferred Probation).
I just honestly want to say thank you so much to Matthew Haas. He is such a wonderful attorney.
I've never been in trouble before so I was very nervous and scared. But luckily when I met Mr. Haas he made me feel comfortable and confident that everything was going to be okay.
Mr. Haas was very dedicated to my case and was on business right away. I highly recommend Mr. Haas.
My name is [Redacted] and I hired Haas Defense to represent me during a parole hearing. Matthew helped me create a winning strategy to help me out of the Blue warrant that I had received months before.
Matthew did his due diligence to make sure he could help me with this issue. After making tons of calls he finally came to the point of where I needed to retain him and his services. Matthew took on this mountain of work that I needed to work through. He carefully put the puzzle pieces together. When he presented my parole supervisor with his finding and she called me in to the parole office and removed my warrant. Once a blue warrants in place the state of Texas ain’t playing. But to my shock and awe…….he had the warrant lifted in record time.
Matthew Haas took my case on and immediately responded to text, calls, voicemails in record time as well. Matthew had the best price and honesty it felt like he was actively invested and involved with every part of the case. Easy payment, Matthew jumped through every hurdle with ease. I saw a shit ton of work to do and Matthew helped me move through the process fast. He is absolutely genius and had the answers to help me like no other.
I will leave you with this. Make the best choice and decision that you will make all year and hire this man to help you get out of what ever is holding you back. Matthew didn’t stand behind me nor beside me. He stood in the front of me in the fire for me. Protecting me to the very max. These people put him in the hot seat and he never broke a sweat. When you meet this brilliant man you will understand immediately that he’s the one to get the job done. Don’t hire some big name brand that will blow you off after they take your money and run. Once you pay Matthew he will turn in to a Tasmanian devil on these people who wish you harm and do not have your best interest in mind. Call him NOW while you have time. I know this is a long review but Matthew deserves every bit of my praise. I’m a free man now, I’m not on the run, I’m not looking over my shoulder any more. In my situation Matthew had an impossible task to get me reinstated and he did it. Call him Now!!!
Mr. Haas was originally my court appointed attorney. I'm glad that he was assigned to my case because he was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was thorough in working towards dismissing my case & made the entire process much smoother than I expected. Even though the judge didn't rule in my favor, his attention to detail and overall effort was more than enough for me to hire him again when applying for early dismissal from probation.
I felt comfortable knowing that I had him in my corner. If I should ever run in to another situation where his services are needed, I will not hesitate to reach out.
*This client was originally represented for a DWI charge on a court-appointed basis, but Mr. Haas was then retained following the client's No Contest Plea for Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision (a.k.a. Deferred Probation) for the purpose drafting, filing, and conducting a Hearing on a Motion for Early Successful Discharge from Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision.
I recently found myself facing two Class A Misdemeanors, and was found to be indigent (unable to afford an attorney on my own), and was granted a public defender [Court-Appointed Attorney from the Dallas Co. Misdemeanor Appointment Wheel].
I thought I was going to get what I paid for. I was expecting, at least for both charges, to do a minimum of one year on probation at best. I couldn't have been more wrong.
Mr. Haas exceeded even my wildest expectations and pulled off what seemed impossible. He tirelessly worked out a deal where the State agreed to dismiss one charge and got me time-served for the two days I spent in jail while bonding out. No probation. He even went the extra mile and was able to get my court costs and fines dismissed since I was already granted a public defender that I could not afford [found to be indigent].
Turns out that I actually hit the lottery! Mr. Haas is a very skilled and well-respected defense attorney with his own law practice named Haas Defense. If you are on the fence about which attorney to hire, then I would highly recommend hiring the attorney who is going to get you the absolute best outcome. That attorney is Matthew Haas. Give him a call and see what he can do for you as well!
